The Chinese and French Young Designers Invitational Exhibition, part of the 2025 Suzhou Jinji Lake China-France Culture and Art Week that kicked off in SIP on Oct 17, has drawn wide public attention soon after it opened at the Ming Gallery of Art.

Centered on the vision of “innovative life aesthetics”, the exhibition is co-curated by He Xiaoyou, Liao Jun and Xue Wengang. It brings together over 70 works by young Chinese and French designers, exploring public space and graphic visual designs from the perspectives of urban aesthetics, lifestyle, economy and sustainability.
Among the exhibits are those from prestigious institutions including école des Beaux-Arts, Rubika and the Central Academy of Fine Arts of China.

By blending cutting-edge designs with the charm of water towns in the region south of the Yangtze River, the exhibition leads visitors into a unique cultural journey from the Seine to Jinji Lake.

The exhibition remains open to the public free of charge until Nov 16, except every Monday.
